On Friday, May 26, the President and President-elect of Burch Diplomacy Club signed the Book of Condolences for the victims of the Manchester terrorist attack in the British Embassy in Sarajevo on behalf of Burch Diplomacy Club and all its members.
Amer Kurtović and Isa Dukmenić, the President and President-elect of Burch Diplomacy Club, expressed their condolances, condemned the attack, and expressed their personal and fellow club members' solidarity with the British people.
"Today, we are British. Today, we all under attack. Today, we all feel what the British people feel. All of humanity today faces a major crisis and all of humanity today needs a united, humane response to this attrocity and siimlar ones," wrote Kurtović.
"Our hearts and minds are with the wounded and the families of the killed. We empathize with all those affected and will pray and continue to do so for the victims," wrote Dukmenić.
Both Kurtović and Dukmenić are proud to have had the honor of representing Burch Diplomacy Club at such a monumental occasion.
As a part of the transition process following the May 25 election, the President and President-elect are conducting more events together and holding a series of meetings to make the transition as smooth as possible.
